HCA Healthcare has benefits that are very comparable to ours and any retirement contributions you have made are and will be safe.  In fact, the existing 403B plan will roll over directly into a HCA 401K plan on the same terms and conditions.  Additionally, Mission Health team members will be able to carry forward up to 200 hours of PTO. This is not the PTO “ceiling,” but represents the amount of Mission PTO team members can carry forward upon joining HCA.  Mission’s PTO policy will remain the same for the first year, including ceiling and accrual rates.
